After a relationship nearly killed me, I spent the next 10+ years rebuilding every aspect of my life from erotic disconnection. I was a teenage single mother, determined to give my child a better life than the one laid out for us.
So I went to uni and had a successful “corporate career”.
Awards, money, travel, accolades - I had it all!
The only problem was I was dead inside. Burned out, unable to love anyone, sexually disconnected and suffering the silent impact of being a survivor of domestic violence, severe PTSD, and every other stress- and trauma-related illness.
I battled private demons no one knew were silently killing me until an accident stopped me in my tracks and forced me to deal with everything I had been avoiding.
So immersed myself in the worlds of therapy, coaching, energetics, somatic, sexuality, and trauma-informed practices to heal my body, reclaim my voice and power.
The woman I am now is completely unrecognisable from the 17-year-old me. I have become the woman who leads and speaks with magnetic power, who dates with fierce confidence & self-worth and who’s gone to run her own 6+ figure business.
My expertise is in breaking women free from sexual suppression and the pain they’ve spent lifetimes avoiding to reclaim their erotic power by connection them to their bodies, voices and pleasure. Women in my world stop shrinking & start leading.
I’ve supported hundreds of women all around the world, and taken this work to world stages like Burning Man, partnered with executives, founders, and leaders at companies like Apple, and hosted 50+ events.
